 As a life long seeker I was always looking for deeper meaning in life and when I met one of my spiritual teachers, Mooji, he pointed so directly to the truth it was as if life made sense to me for the first time. Suddenly all the obscure and seemingly unrelated pieces of my life seemed to fall into place. Even the constant seeking and personal challenges  were understood as my personal North Star guiding me to awaken.

I have had the privilege of being with many Guru’s and awakened spiritual teachers and my life has changed from one of suffering, striving, unhappiness and never being good enough to peaceful, content and trusting the process of life.  Nothing in life is rejected instead all is seen from the place of inner stillness and as a result nothing is carried as the burden it once was. The awareness of the truth continues to deepen as the light of pure being gradually permeates every aspect of my life. It is a beautiful unfolding that also continually challenges any personal attachments, judgments and beliefs that constrict the flow of life.

Suffering has likely guided your discovery and brought you here to One Heart but there is a life beyond suffering waiting to be realized.   It is my hope that as you read these pages you feel a confirmation of what you already know in your own heart to be true. 

We are more than just physical beings here to live out our lives we are spiritual beings here to come home to the truth of who we are.
